Patrick Faulkner
Senior Partner, Healthcare Development
Patrick Faulkner is a Development Partner at The Keith Corporation (TKC) with over 16 years of experience in development. His expertise in design, construction, and development of over $400 Million worth of healthcare facilities ranges from the standard medical office buildings, to cancer center, and full-service hospitals from the ground up. Mr. Faulkner specializes in representing healthcare providers on the development and up-fit of their specialized facilities.
Mr. Faulkner graduated from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill in 2003, and started a business with his father and sister, providing Owners’ Representation services for hospital expansion programs. Mr. Faulkner started as a full-time, on-site project manager, and grew to become Operations Manager, overseeing multiple project management teams across several healthcare facilities in the southeast.
Mr. Faulkner led a developer selection process while serving as an Owners’ Representative at Mission Health, in Asheville, North Carolina. During the process, Mr. Faulkner was introduced to The Keith Corporation. Several years later, the family business was sold and Mr. Faulkner joined The Keith Corporation to pursue his interest in real estate development and expand the services he is
able to provide for healthcare systems.
Mr. Faulkner is committed to his community’s youth and child development. For the past seven years, he has been an active participant of the YMCA Guides Program, and is currently Chief of two separate tribes. Mr. Faulkner regularly participates in Youth and Families in Charlotte, including A Child’s Place and Good Fellows, and led The Keith Corporation’s United Way Campaign in 2014 and 2015. Mr. Faulkner coaches youth baseball, and has been an active member in the Protecting God’s Children through St. Patrick’s Cathedral, where he has been a parishioner for 30 years.
