Kenneth R. Beuley
President
Ken Beuley is the President of The Keith Corporation (TKC). Ken is responsible for structuring TKC’s development projects, financing, and all acquisitions and dispositions. Since his arrival at TKC in 1993, Ken and his team have developed over 480 projects and acquired 28 properties totaling more than 52 million square feet and valued in excess of $5.6 billion.
Ken is active in the community, serving on the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Foundation as a current board member and is Chairman Emeritus. In addition, he was previously a board member of NewDominion Bank and the Mecklenburg County Council of Boy Scouts of America. Ken was a founding member of Neighbors for a Safer Charlotte and was named “Joe Martin Champion of Spirit” in 2013 by Charlotte’s Chapter of Muscular Dystrophy Association. He is an active participant and contributor to Teach For America, and in 2017 he was named Realtor of the Year by the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors.
Before joining TKC, Ken served as Vice President of Finance for Lincoln Property Company in Washington, D.C. and Charlotte. Prior to his tenure at Lincoln, he worked as a CPA in the audit division of Arthur Andersen and Company.
Ken is a magna cum laude graduate of James Madison University, with a degree in Accounting.
