Chase Morten

Chase Morten joined The Keith Corporation (TKC) as a member of the Brokerage & Development Team in 2016. Mr. Morten specializes in establishing key relationships with retailers, tenants and other build-to-suit prospects. Thus, he is involved with site identification, selection and acquisition, lease negotiation and build-to-suit development. He is licensed in both North and South Carolina; and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Mr. Morten’s entrepreneurial spirit and appreciation for quality service stems from 12 decades of his family’s linage in the furniture business, specifically Bassett Furniture.

He is a graduate of Clemson University, where he graduated summa cum laude. Mr. Morten holds a dual bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing & Communication Studies. During his term, Mr. Morten was an active member of Beta Gamma Sigma and IPTAY, where he held the position as Student Liaison to the Athletic Department at Clemson.

As a result of his leadership involvements, Mr. Morten continues to be an active participant in the Charlotte community, participating in non-profit organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and Big Brothers Big Sisters. He is also currently a member of The Good Fellows Club.
