IFA Rotorion - Charleston Trade Center

Located in our Charleston Trade Center, TKC completed this 234,000 Sq. Ft. building for IFA Rotorion in 2018. IFA, a German drive shaft manufacturer who services companies such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, and Ferrari, was the first build-to-suit in Charleston Trade Center. Their presence added over 120 jobs to the area. IFA retains the option to double the size of their building in the future through favorable expansion terms.
